Tyflos River

Corfu, also known as the island of Faiakes is favored by its climate, with the abundant rains and by the relief of the terrain so it is not surprising that this island has so many rivers.

Tyflos River flows in north-western Corfu, on a verdant region. It has water and continuous flow throughout the year and is considered one of the largest rivers of the island.

In fact, during the flow of the Tyflos River and its course through dense vegetation in the nature of Corfu, smaller and also bigger waterfalls are formed, thus creating beautiful landscapes. Tyflos River flows into Sidari beach.
