Welcome to Marika Studio & Apartments in Exopoli, perched high above the beaches of Georgioupoli in north-west Crete with stunning views of the Majestic White Mountains.

Nine comfortable well-equipped apartments/studios share a large pool. This is a small family business run by Stephanie, an Australian fine art teacher, and her English-Greek family whose roots lie in the village Exopoli. Marika Studio & Apartments are ideal place for those seeking a peaceful haven and a relaxing holiday well off the beaten track but still within easy reach of mainstream facilities of Chania, Rethymnon and all of western Crete.

Marika Studio & Apartments consist of four spacey single storey studios and four two-room apartments, each overlooking the pool with individual terraces and spectacular views.The single-rooom studios are twin bedded with room for a third person on a sofa bed. The two-room apartments sleep up to four people, two in the separate twin bedded room and two on sofa beds in the living area.

The 9th “honey-moon” apartment is on two floors with the living room and bathroom downstairs, and the bedroom it’s small circular balcony and picture window upstairs.
All accommodation has separate bathrooms with WC and hot shower. Self catering facilities include fridge, hob, kettle, sink and a full set of cutlery and crockery. All rooms are air-conditioned.
We change linen and clean rooms every third day.

The welcoming reception area has a small bar with comfy sofas and tables and well stocked library.
