Kefalovruso

On the road that connects Kaloskopi with Oinochori, on the slope of Gkiona in Phocis, we meet Kefalovryso, the largest source of the area. It supplies with water the two villages, while simultaneously constitutes the main source of the river Kifissos crossing Boeotia. The waters of Kefalovryso collected in a large tank, which is located by the side. They run rapids, lush, natural and frozen waterfalls at this point.

Very close to Kefalovrysso is the church of Agia Eleni, in the well-tended grounds of which we can sit and enjoy the magic of nature: the towering trees and the sound of water flowing continuously.

If you love hiking, recently has drilled the path from the position Kakotrachi, at the entrance of Kaloskopi to Kefalovryso and Agia Eleni. The route is surrounded by nature, next to the creek, relatively short and relaxing.

In Kefalovrysso, in summers parties are organized by the young clubs in the area.
