Beach at Kini

The Beach at Kini is located in the west of Syros and approximately in the same height with Ermoupoli (in the east), at a distance of 10 km.

Due to this location, the Beach at Kini has the best view to see the sunset on the island of Syros.

The Beach at Kini is situated between the beach of Lotos (in the south and at a short distance) and Dolphin (in the north). It is organized with umbrellas and sun beds, and within walking distance of restaurants and accommodation of the homonymous village.

If you arrive in the village, look for in the center of the beach the fountain with the statue of a mermaid holding in her hands and saves the shipwrecked.

On the Beach at Kini start – weather permitted – boats leading in the northern beaches of Syros, for which there is no road access (Grammata, Aetos, etc.).

On the Beach at Kini visitor arrives easily either with own transport (car or motorcycle) or by bus, or even by boat, which will dock at the small harbor next to the beach.
