Dimosthenis Villas

The Dimosthenis Villas are located in Pano Stalos, Chania. They consist of two completely independent villas in the same area, Villa Dimosthenis and Villa Anna, both in the middle of a lush hill filled with olive trees.

The Villa Dimosthenis is a 140 sq.m. villa with a 35 sq.m. pool and 4 bedrooms ready to accommodate up to 8 people. On the first of the three floors there is the living room, the kitchen, the dining room, a second large living-library room and a WC. The second floor consists of two double-bed bedrooms and a bathroom. Finally, in the last floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds each, and a bathroom.

The Villa is fully equipped with all amenities and necessary electrical and other utensils, including air conditioning in all rooms and a lounge, fireplace, satellite 32” TV with DVD player, Wifi internet, balconies, terraces, barbecue, outdoor dining space, outdoor shower, sun umbrella, parking space and a children’s pool.

The Dimosthenis Villas second villa, Villa Anna, situated just 50 meters over Villa Dimosthenis, is a 160 sq.m villa with a 40 sq.m. pool and 3 bedrooms ready to accommodate up to 6 people. On the first of the two floors there is the living room, the kitchen, the dining room, a large WC with large closets, and a small warehouse. On the second floor there is a large bathroom, one bedroom with a double-bed and it’s private bathroom, and two bedrooms with two single beds each.

Villa Anna is also equipped with all amenities and necessary electrical and other utensils, including air conditioning in all rooms and a lounge, fireplace, satellite 42” TV with DVD player, Wifi internet, balconies, terraces, barbecue, outdoor dining space, outdoor shower, sun umbrella, parking space and a children’s pool.
