Flamingos Hotel Apartments
Flamingos Hotel Apartments is a family run business owned by Stathis and Anna Roubou. They visited Chania for the first time in the early 70’s and they immediately fell in love with the place, and specifically they adored Agioi Apostoloi. A few years later the family decided to move there and open a hotel. The name of the hotel, “Flamingo” was inspired by the flamingo bird, which is known for its preference for wormer weather and its love for water.
The apartments for rent of Flamingos Hotel Apartments are characterized from a warm and cozy atmosphere. The personnel is friendly, efficient and always at your service.
The facilities offer 40 apartments, very spacious and beautifully designed in order to offer you a great and comfortable summer experience. At the bar- restaurant, you can enjoy wonderful evenings filled with excellent service and delicious meals.
There are two different types of apartments provided by Flamingos Hotel Apartments with distinguish characteristics. The two types are under the names of Athens and Sparta.
The “Athens” studios are beautiful neoclassical buildings, with modern decoration. They are equipped with private bathrooms, air condition, TV, kitchenettes, hair dryer, telephone, and Wi-Fi. All the apartments have balconies or terraces with pool or garden view. Some apartments also have breath- taking view to the White Mountains.
The “Spartan” rooms are traditional, with one- or two- bedrooms. Their walls are decorated with mosaic giving a traditional atmosphere to the rooms. They provide kitchenettes, TV, air condition, hair dryer, telephone and Wi-Fi. All the rooms have balconies or terraces with garden view.
One of the most renounced restaurants in the area is that of Flamingos Hotel Apartments. It combines great food with excellent service. You can taste both traditional and European cuisine in a romantic venue. You can also choose from the eclectic variety of Greek and Cretan wines, which they have been carefully selected and offered to you.
At the hotel’s bar, Sky Bar, you can have a drink or two. You can either select to lie on one of the hammocks and gaze the Cretan night sky, or you could find your own sweet spot in one of the Venetian style sofas and chairs.
