House Margot

House Margot Villa in Chania is a recently renovated and impressive Venetian mansion.

The house was built according to the traditional architecture of Chania and extends over three floors.

On the top floor of the House Margot Villa lies a beautiful terrace.

Also, double doors from the bedroom lead onto a balcony above the narrow street (which is too narrow for cars).

Many of the original features have been preserved, from the huge stone oven that was used to bake the bread – today it is the sitting room, – to the stone niches and doors the with unique decorative moldings. New lighting has been installed everywhere, making the house simple and luminous, and of course there is air conditioning.

The House Margot villa can accommodate up to six adults. There is one double and one single-detachable bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. There is enough space for children, who are accommodated for free.

The living room of the House Margot villa, situated on the ground floor, has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.
The kitchen area has a kitchen supplied with all the necessary kitchen utensils, sink, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is also a coffee maker and a refrigerator.

On the top floor is the living room with the stone stove. Also, there is plenty of storage space, lots of books to read and interesting oil paintings. If needed, the sofa can be converted into a double bed.

Stairs lead up to the bedroom with the double bed with its wonderfully carved headboard.

From there, a spiral staircase (which is too narrow and not recommended for people with mobility problems) leads to the terrace, which has a table with four chairs and a great view of the minaret of the Church of Agios Nicholas on the Square of Splantzia.

There are two bathrooms, each with a WC, sink and shower.

House Margot Villa is very comfortable and is available for rent at any time of year, winter or summer.
