Kioni Villas

Kioni Villas are situated in Lakkoi, a small village on a beach of Libyan Sea and a few meters away of the foot of the White Mountains, near Fragkokastello, in Sfakia region.
Kioni Villas is a family business of 4 independent villas, built in a plot of 6 acres, just 3 minutes walking distance from the beach. In that plot you will see a big variety of local plants, herbs, flowers, trees and a garden with season’s vegetables. There is an outside playground for kids with seesaw, swings and slide.
The construction of Kioni Villas is modern with emphasis on comfort. Each villa consists a bedroom, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and two private verandas where you can enjoy the sunset. Every room has A/C, is airy and sunniness with either mountain or sea view. There are screens on every window and door.At the main veranda there are dining furniture and net for sun protection.
