Margarita’s Villas

Margarita’s Villas is a complex of four private villas in Ano Stalos in the city of Chania.

Margarita’s Villas were constructed with the utmost respect and in accordance with the environment, just 7 km away from the picturesque Venetian port and the city center, in a 10 acres grove. Combining excellent aesthetics and functionality, it is definitely a destination that makes its guests feel special. A special feature of the Margarita’s Villas is that although it is only 2.5 km away from the nearest beach, restaurants, and the main streets, the visitor has the opportunity to enjoy the absolute quietness of nature, having a great view of the sea and the mountains.

The company was created in 2014 and is a strictly family business! Our primary objective in Margarita’s Villas is to make the visitor feel the intimacy and coziness of a home. We welcome and care for the needs of people who choose to spend their holidays, all with a great mood and enthusiasm.

This year, two of our four villas are available to tourists.

They are 170 sq.m., divided into three levels, where the common areas (living room, kitchen, WC) and bedrooms with private baths are located. The villas have three bedrooms with 2 double or king size beds in each one and it is possible to accommodate up to 8 people using the available ancillary spaces. They are fully equipped, with simple and modern  decoration, a/c in all rooms and bedrooms, as well as satellite TV and free internet access. Each villa has a private pool, parking, BBQ, garden with lawn and organic products of our own production in every house, so that visitors can collect the vegetables of their choice and enjoy them anytime!

In Margarita’s Villas the visitor has the opportunity to take a walk in nature and visit in just a few minutes, the most crowded parts of the city.
