Marita’s Apartments

The Marita’s Apartments hotel is located in the resort of Agia Marina, which is famous for its popular beaches, and covers an area of 7 acres with direct access to the sandy beach, and is a lush area filled with lawn, flower beds, tall eucalyptus trees, in the shade of which you can escape from the hot sun.

Rooms at Marita’s Apartments are comfortable and spacious, and are located in two-storey buildings amid the lush vegetation. They feature a fully equipped kitchenette, mini fridge with freezer, air condition, internet, safe, TV, hair dryer and bathroom with tub. We can also provide you with a baby cot. The studios (43m²) are single-room and spacious with the living area visually separated from the main bedroom by a wardrobe at eye level. Entering the room, you face on your right the living room with two single beds, and on your left the bathroom and the kitchen behind it. The master bedroom, behind the wardrobe, has two single beds and a TV. In free space layout, the dining room is located diagonally opposite it, next to the furniture that serves as a desk. All studios have a spacious balcony overlooking the garden or the sea. The ground floors are usually preferred by families with small children because of the direct access to the pool and the sea.

The apartments (40m²) of Marita’s Apartments have two rooms and are located in the building next to the reception, with elegant architecture and expensive materials, have a separate bedroom with twin beds and fine furnishings. The living room has two single beds arranged opposite of each other, TV, dining area and kitchenette. The apartments are suitable for families or groups of four. They are upstairs and each has a balcony overlooking the pool or sea. The ground floor apartments are overlooking the garden, and are usually preferred by families with children because of the ease of transition to the pool and the sea. There is also an apartment of 90m² with three bedrooms for up to 8 people, which includes a kitchen with a comfortable bench and a large refrigerator, dining-room, a small double bedroom, master bedroom with twin beds and a spacious wardrobe, a large bedroom with four single beds and a sliding door, bathroom, toilet, and a large patio overlooking the garden and pool.
The maids of Marita’s Apartments clean the rooms daily, and towels and sheets are changed twice a week.
