The Melina’s House rental apartments are located in the area of Stalos, connecting the cosmopolitan city of Chania with the most popular tourist areas of the county, Agia Marina and Platanias. Melina’s House complex is only a few meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Kato Stalos.
All apartments at Melina’s House have a sea view and are facing north. Additionally, the ideal location of the complex offers visitors the opportunity to make excursions on foot or by bike in the surrounding villages with their amazing natural beauty.
The Melina’s House consists of several room types.
The one-room/Suite is an amazing space, with panoramic view, situated on top of the complex. This apartment, a one-room/Suite, consists of a single room acting as the bedroom and living room. It can accommodate up to 3 people. It includes a double bed and a sofa bed with orthopedic mattress, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and bathroom with shower/WC.
The one-bedroom/Studios, consist of a single room acting as the bedroom and living room can accommodate up to 3 people. They include two single beds and a sofa bed with orthopedic mattress, fully equipped kitchen, small oven and fridge, bathroom with shower/WC.
The two-room apartments, consist of two separate areas. They can accommodate 2-5 people. The master bedroom has two single beds, while in the living room there is a bed and a sofa bed with orthopedic mattress. They also includes a fully equipped kitchen with small oven and fridge, and a bathroom with shower/WC.
The three-room apartment was created after our most recent renovation. It is a new and beautiful space on the ground floor of our complex. An apartment with two separate bedrooms, large bathroom and a shared living-kitchen area. This apartment can accommodate 5-6 people, has two separate bedrooms, with two single beds each and a living room with a sofa bed, with regular orthopedic mattress, and the option of adding an additional bed. The large bathroom also includes a bathtub, and private washing machine. It features a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and cooker with oven.
The primary goal of rental apartments Melina’s House, is your rest and relaxation but at the same time getting you to know the Cretan diet, customs that surpass the imagination and cordial hospitality of Chania.
