Spilia Villa

Spilia Villa is a family- run business that was founded in 2001 and is located in Chania of Crete. It consist of two separate houses, Villa Katerina and the Yannis cottage. The houses’ are named after the owners. They are traditional buildings made with care and local materials.

Villa Katerina offers three bedrooms. One them is located on the ground floor and has two single rooms and a private bathroom with a hot tub. This specific room offers view to both the pool and the sea. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a double bed, whereas the other two single beds. They both have a private bathroom with a hot tub as well and they both offer access to a large balcony with great view to the White Mountains and the sea.

Yannis Cottage is ideal for 2 or 3 people. This small villa is close to the central village church. It offers a bedroom with a double bed and view to the private pool. In the traditionally decorated sitting room there is a TV and a sofa that can comfortably sleep another extra person.

The houses of Spilia Villas are located on the western part of Spilia Village and are surrounded by olive trees and vineries.
