Villa Anastasia Modi is a luxurious house which was built in 2009. Its owners are a couple who have successfully worked in the designing and architectural department for many years now.
They built this villa for themselves and managed to achieve an excellent result in terms of design and functionality. It is a villa to rent in Crete, quite difficult to compare.
It is constructed with materials of very high quality and a technology of great standards. The big area (500m2) gave the opportunity for big common rooms and very large bedrooms and baths, continuing with a very large kitchen, functional and fully equipped.

– At the ground level,
There is a suite apartment, with one bedroom 20 sq. m, that includes a king size bed, bathroom and common room 10 sq. m, in total 75 sq. m.
There is also a big bedroom 25 sq. m, with one double and one single bed A common room of washing and dry cleaning machines and the central heating installations. The garage (suitable for two cars) with WC.
– At the first floor,
There is the main entrance, main sitting area, living room with a big fireplace, fully furnished dining area, office area, in total 100 sq. m, separate WC, big kitchen 20 s. m fully equipped with storage room, and a big bedroom 25 sq.m. that includes a king size bed with en suite bathroom 8 sq. m.
There is also the main veranda 25 sq. m. fully furnished with a great view!
– At the second floor
There is the master suite that includes a king size bed, a big dressing room fully furnished totally 50 sq.m., the master bathroom 8 sq. m. with Jacuzzi, sauna and shower. The terrace with a great surround view both to the sea and the mountains.
– All the bathrooms have a bidet included.
– There is a lift that connects all the floors.
– Also a central generator that can automatically provide the house with electricity in a break down – and black out.
