Welcome to Gymland, located in the beautiful capital of Kefalonia, Argostoli. Our gym provides a full round of workout services for adults and children in a comfortable and warm environment. At our gym you can choose the program that fits you from the range of services offered.

The group classes offered at Gymland are Bonsu, cycling, pilates, power yoga, the boxing theraping, the kids yoga and hatha yoga. Whichever program you choose, you will get amazing results, thanks to our qualified trainers. For those who do not want to partake in group programs, there is also the opportunity for individual programs.

On-site Gymland you will find free weights, strengthening equipment, aerobics instruments, power plate, trx, crossfitness and for those who want to relax – a sauna.
