Pessada Beach

Pessada beach is the beach of the same name village, situated next to the small port where ferries to and from Zakynthos berth.

Although being one of the smaller beaches of Kefalonia, the Pessada beach will win you exactly for that reason: because it offers peace and seclusion with easy access, since it is located just below the village.

You will be able to touch the sand after you follow some stairs from the parking area and a small and short footpath through the trees. The Pessada beach is sandy but it has pebbles in some places, while its waters are turquoise as they reflect the green nature of Kefalonia all around.

The little rocks will offer you the light shade and, as the beach of Pessadas is not organized, it is advisable before you go there to be supplied with everything you think you might need from the village.
