Glima

The Glima beach is located approximately 50 km from Rethymno city and 2 km from the village Kerame of Rethymno prefecture.

Glima or Glyma is a small beach to the east of the small harbor of Agia Foteini. It is covered with sand and has crystal clear waters.

 The Glima beach is very secluded and not at all organized; it is suggested to those who desire absolute isolation and serenity

In about 100 meters along the sea shore to the east of the Glima beach, in a place called Pacheia Ammos, you can find wonderful tall sand hills going down towards the sea on your left.

Continue walking to the east and you will find the Podare beach, where you can rent a room.
