Rosa Villas

Rosa Villas consist of two villas, Villa Rosa 1 and Villa Rosa 2. These villas are located in Dasia and are equipped with all the modern commodities. Each villa is autonomous and has its own pool, garden and parking space.

Both villas are identical except for two specific characteristics. Villa Rosa’s 1 pool has a built- in Jacuzzi, whereas Villa Rosa’s 2 pool has a built- in kiddy pool. Both villas have an additional Jacuzzi (warm/ cold) next to the pool area that can be used from three or four people at a time. In addition, the outside area of Villa Rosa 1 is 2.800 square meters big, whereas that of Villa Rosa 2 is 3.700 square meters.

At the ground floor of each of Rosa Villas there are two bedrooms, two WC/ showers, a kitchen and a small living- dining area, satellite LED TV, two entrance (one inside separating the apartments from the rest of the building and the main entrance), a fully equipped gym and a sauna. On the first floor of each villa there are two bedrooms with two beds, WC/ bathroom with a bathtub and Jacuzzi, a laundry room, a fireplace, satellite TV and home cinema and a sunny sitting area with great view at the garden and pool area. From Villa Rosa 2 you can also enjoy the sea view.
