Petrohori beach

Petrohori beach of Messinia is located outside the homonymous village about 13 kilometers Northwest of Pylos. It is a sandy beach, ideal for games on the coast. Its seabed also has some relatively rich places, suitable for “explorations” with masks. A large part of Petrochori beach has fine gravels, which makes it special. However, it has enough rocks and is offered for fishing. Finally, on Petrochori beach, as in all western beaches of Messinia, you will enjoy a spectacular sunset in the sea.

Petrochori beach is organized in one part and is accessible by car from the north and south. It is between the famous Voidokilia and Romanos beach that is located on its right and where has been built the largest hotel complex in the Mediterranean.

Petrochori beach is quite calm, as there are no shops on the coast, but they are located within a short distance in the village of Petrochori.
