Drosato
Drosato is a beautiful, small village with picturesque alleys and old, well maintained houses. Some of these also bear a special ornament on their facades which are mainly colored. The village is built at the top of a verdant hill, at an altitude of 120 meters. Until 1955, Drossato was called Malakioi, a name that is still used today by the oldest inhabitants.
Drosato is situated very close to the settlement of Agios Athanasios where, the Monastery of Pantokratoras is located at the top of hill dating back to the 17th century and offering a wonderful view of the surrounding regions until the mountains of Albania.
From Drosato you can head towards the North to the cosmopolitan resort of Sidari and you can swim in the worldwide famous Channel of Love .
