Kouramaditika

Kouramaditika is a prairie settlement built on the provincial road, which connects Pelekas  to Palaiokastritsa, in the western part of the island, at the heart of the largest lowland area of the island, in «Ropas Prairie». The small number of inhabitants in Kouramaditika is of course occupied with agriculture. In the past, the greatest part of the area was a lake which was drained and that is why the old Municipality that united the surrounding villages was called the Municipality of Parelion.
