Trochalou

Along the coastal road connecting Paleochora with Kountoura we come across small bays with beaches ideal for a quick refreshing dive – one of them is Trochalou. The surrounding area is one of the most touristic of Chania and attracts many visitors, even locals who choose it as a holiday destination.

The beach Trochalou is 200 meters away from the nearby beach Psilos Volakas and you can get there by walking from Paleochora , as the distance from the village is just two kilometers and very easy.

On Trochalou you will find large pebbles and rocks, which make the landscape special and keep away the crowd!

You should have with you everything you need, as there is no infrastructure, since Trochalou is one of the quietest beaches.
