Dafni

Dafni is a small village in the north-western part of Corfu, built at an altitude of 160 meters, on the provincial road that connects Agros to Peroulades. Dafni borders with the villages Termenades  and Gavrades. This settlement was named Perlepsimades until 1955, a name which is used even today by the oldest inhabitants of the village.

In Dafni there is an active, cultural club that organizes various events in the village. In 2013, the Philharmonic Chorus of Gyros was established in the region which is housed in a beautiful building in Dafni and in which participate many children and adults from the villages of the entire region. Dafni is about 29 kilometers away from the city of Corfu.
