Beaches in Livadia (Kampos )
The beaches in Livadia are 72 km southwest of Chania and 31 km south of Kissamos near the settlement of Livadia.
To get there, you have to walk east from Livadia and pass behind the towering black rocks next to the port of the area. The beaches in Livadia are next to the old coastal road between Kissamos and Chrissoskalitissa .
In the complex of small bays with sand, pebbles and turquoise waters you can swim protected from the winds. The beaches in Livadia are not popular among the visitors of the wider area either because they ignore their existence or they believe they are too rocky.
The beaches in Livadia do not have any umbrellas but in the village you will find everything you need to have with you, rooms to stay and restaurants to eat. Of course you can dive in the port of the seaside village.
The village Livadia is located in the middle of the hiking path E4 – in the part of Kampos– Elafonisi. This is a route that goes through an area of outstanding natural beauty.
