Giali

Giali beach is an isolated beach on the west coast of the island, below the village Giannades  and near Ermones beach . Access to the beach of Giali is only possible by sea, by boats or by sloops used by organized excursions which depart from Liapades beach. You can also rent your own boat from Ermones  beach which is very close.

Giali beach is surrounded by cliffs and its shore is covered with small pebbles, and so is its sea bed. You can easily guess the naming of Giali (which means glass in Greek) because of its purity and its clarity!

Giali beach is the most northern one from a list of isolated beaches which begin from Liapades  and they truly are heavenly. Entirely pure, with no tourism infrastructure, they are ideal for relaxation and tranquility. These are the beaches starting from north to south: Rovinia , Liniodoros, Paradise, Stelari and finally Giali.
